Wine tasting, music, and art to benefit the Babcock Library

Church Farm on Route 89, Ashford

Saturday, September 15, 3 to 5 pm

Church Farm in Ashford

I will have a table with my pottery in the old barn at Church Farm.  This setting is such a treasure. There will be artists, tastings, music, and of course cases of specially chosen wine at a bargain. I will have bowls, platters, mugs, casseroles and more.

Potters’ Market at Coventry Farmers’ Market at Hale

Sunday, October 7, 11 am – 2 pm

I will be joining other Connecticut potters for this annual event on the beautiful grounds of the Nathan Hale Homestead. After you have purchased your locally grown cheeses and vegetables and fruits, come to the upper field and peruse the many different styles of handmade pottery, perfect for serving your meals.

Walktober: Art and Foliage Tour

Saturday and Sunday, October 13 and 14, 10 am – 4 pm

New this year – building on our popular Art and Garden Tour, we have added a fall art and foliage tour. I will again be joined by Barbara Katz (both days), Dorothy Drobney and Mark Drobney (Saturday only). I will have new pots for your autumn and holiday dining.

30th Artists’ Open Studios of Northeastern Connecticut

Friday, Saturday, Sunday November 23, 24, & 25, 10 am – 5 pm

Saturday and Sunday, December 1 &2, 10 am – 5 pm

Yay! It’s our 30th Artists’ Open Studios. I will be joining many dozens of artists here in the Quiet Corner and opening my studio (too cold for the gardens).  You can see the kick wheel where I throw all my work, the downdraft kiln where I fire it, and shelves of new work. Stop by to say hello, catch up on the news, and see what I have been up to. Refreshments.
