I begin this pot on the wheel and once the clay has stiffened, push it into an oval with my hands. I use a carved paddle for the texture on the lower portion.

Fill with your favorite foods - perhaps a whole cauliflower rubbed in olive oil - and place in the oven. Turn the oven on. Please do not preheat.
